Information clause for models participating in casting.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Model Plus Dariusz Kumosa Management sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Narbutta 40/1 (hereinafter: “We”).

2. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We use your personal data to:

  • assess your qualifications as a model,
  • select a suitable model to work with us (i.e. for the purpose of concluding an agency agreement with you).

Providing your data is required to take part in casting. Without it, you cannot take part in casting.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — in connection with our actions aimed at concluding an agency agreement with you,
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent to the dissemination of your image, given in accordance with Article 81(1) of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights,
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in verifying your skills and abilities, which is necessary for us to assess whether you are a suitable person to work as a model.

3. Retention period for personal data

We will store your personal data for 12 months from the date casting ends.

If you have given consent to the dissemination of your image, we will store your data until you withdraw that consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Data recipients

We may share your personal data with entities that help us achieve the purposes described above, for example other agencies, photographic agencies, and companies providing us with IT services related to the operation of our website. Where necessary, data may be disclosed to authorised public authorities, for example the Police.

5. Your rights

Because we process your personal data, you have the right to:

  • withdraw consent to the processing of your data,
  • access your personal data,
  • request rectification of your personal data,
  • request erasure of your personal data,
  • request restriction of the processing of your personal data,
  • object to processing when we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  • data portability.
